Sergeant Geisendorfer was born and raised in Lewis County, Missouri.Graduated from the Highland High School, Ewing, Missouri, 1972. Married with three children and two grandchildren.

Appointed to the Monett, Missouri Police Department in 1977.
Appointed to the Moberly Police Department in October 1980.
Promoted to the Criminal Investigation Unit in September 1989.
Promoted to Detective Corporal in November 1992.
Promoted to Detective Sergeant in June 1995.
Assigned to the North Missouri Drug Task Force in 1998.

Sergeant Geisendorfer has received hundreds of hours of training from many institutions including: Missouri Highway Patrol, University of Missouri, Missouri State Fire Marshal, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms, Moberly Community College, United States Army, Drug Enforcement Agency, United States Custom Service, along with many hours of in-service training.
