The Animal Control Division enforces all State laws and City Ordinance & Violations concerning animals, investigates dogs at large, nuisance complaints, dog licensing, sick or injured animals, cruelty complaints, and rabies related complaints.

The Moberly Police Department’s Animal Control Officer is Bobbi Smith. Smith joined the department in August 2011.
