The Animal Control Division enforces all state laws concerning animals, investigates roaming dogs, nuisance complaints, dog licensing, sick or injured animals, cruelty complaints, and rabies related complaints. The Moberly Police Department’s Animal Control Officer is Laurie Farr. Farr joined the department in February 2006. She has previous experience with the Excelsior Springs Police Department, where she served as the Animal Conrol Officer for 2 years. We also have Adopt a Pet program. All you have to do is contact the Animal Control Officer for information.
